We offer a free phone consultation to people with these types of charges, other driving offenses, or misdemeanor charges. We can generally handle your case through a disposition short of trial for a flat fee of $2,500. If you choose to take your matter to trial, we can also do that for a flat fee.

We will analyze for you the best avenues in which to plead your case and we will provide you options for going forward. We will advise you on how we may present your case to the prosecutor or to the judge in the light most favorable to you. Of course, we will handle all court appearances and all communications with the prosecutor or members of his staff.
